Pace Weights

I just couldn't buy the Platemates I couldn't tell by the pictures if they would fit my barbell and dumbbells and didn't like the increments. I just read in this forum about Pace Weights and it was exactly what I was looking for. I just ordered. I was thrilled with the all the new weight selection choices I'll have. It's like a whole new set of dumbbells. It has really been a motivational barrier for me because I just can't make the 5lb jump in weights and sometimes the 2lb jump is too much. At least I'll be able to play with these while I patiently wait for STS release.

Hi Susan,

I've been using my Pace Weights since the fall, and I love them! They really do make a difference when you can only go up a smaller amount for muscles like the shoulders.

I received Pace Weights for Christmas (based on Leanne's recommendation) and I love them too! I wish I had invented them...
