Hi Penny. I'm on round 2 (phase II) and have gotten great results.
Biggest gains have been strength - up to 40 boy push ups and 11 chinups (tho VERY little depth!) - when it was wamer my running (and I'm not a runner was much better)
Re results I've leaned out a lot in the 2nd round. I guess I've been most happy with my lower body - which even though I'm relatively small was never my best part. I've attached my picturetrail link in another thread but here it is.
