P90X they don't know where my pkg is!

I received the email that it shipped on July 16. Here it is August 3 and no P90x. I called customer service and they don't know what happened to it. They did however, charge my credit card! They said they will reship.
However, I don't want to pay my bill only to find that this shipment is missing too! Any ideas? Thanks.
 
It's only been three weeks. I'd give it a little more time. It took 36 days for me to receive mine.
(I use only loosely, Cathe's company takes two days~not over a month)
 
They had to reship mine also and it arrived within 3 days. Hopefully this will happen with you.

Don't even get me started!! I have never had issues in my LIFE like the customer service problems I have had with Beach Body. In a nutshell, it took me nearly a week to order P90X initially because their "system" was down...online and phoning in. Then when I did finally make my order that went smoothly. When the order didn't arrive, nor the confirmation email of my order being made (after a week of waiting), I called in again to see what the status was. They said it was backordered and that I should have been told this already. I wasn't. The next day my order arrived. Phew! I was happy....

Then....

Go forward a month and I am reviewing my cc statement. I was billed twice for one order! I called and called, and have spent the last month resolving this. I finally got it taken care of two days ago. They said they sent a second order to my PO Box because I made two orders. I never did. I made one, and received one. The funny thing is that when I made my order they told me they required a physical address for shipping because they cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Go figure, but the second shipment supposedly went to that P. O. Box they couldn't ship to....and I was charged nearly 300.00 for it!!

They sent me on a goose chase to the post office trying to find the box they sent, asked me to fill out all sorts of paperwork with the postal service, fax things etc. In the end I can't say how much time this has taken not to even mention being on hold twice for nearly 45 minutes each time! Yikes!

Makes me wish I had just bought it off of eBay:)
 
I have bought a few different things from Beach body and their Customer Service is just a joke. They never have a clue whats going on.
 
Try emailing Amber Otto - she has helped me and many others with problems. I may take a couple of days to hear from her, but I have always had success once I talked with her.

Thanks for all the help! I received the package this morning from Fed Ex. However, they did not wave the s&h as promised. Can't have everything!
 
Just got mine today. No problems. It took 2 weeks from the time I ordered. :)

I ordered the Door Gym from BodyTrends and also got it today! How perfect!

Sorry to hear you have had so many problems with Beach Body's C.S. I, like Dani, have had no troubles at all, but have had issues with SNM sending my dvd's to the wrong address. I guess it just depends on who is processing the order.

Try to hang in there and do contact Amber with any issues. Apparently she is very good at taking care of these problems. Try not to be too discouraged, these workouts really are worth every penny.
