Morning Xers and Post Xers!;)

Today calls for Shoulders and Arms/ARX and then my step class in the evening. I may switch some things around between today and tomorrow (yoga day) because I am still quite sore from Chest and Back. I'll come back later and tell you what I did though. Don't want to torture y'all with the possibilities and changing my mind every 10 seconds! LOL :p

The jury is still out on my lower body. I'm hoping for a little DOMS from L&G later....We'll see!}(

Angie, No problem with the pics. I just had to ask. :) I loved the account of inches lost though! You got FABULOUS results! Aren't you happy you stuck with it? :+

Ok, I need another cup of java now! :9

Wendy, I didn't want to leave you lonely!!!

I'm still so sore from chest and triceps that I can't even touch them. I did KPC last evening and it felt so good.

Angie - I agree that Tony has taught me so much. It feels really good to get back to Cathe though. I'm trying to understand why I have so much more DOMS from Cathe. I've never been this sore with any of the X's on any day. I forget how much I enjoyed this feeling, lol.

Morning Ladies!!
(Phase 3 - week 10 - day 3 - my version classic)

OK .. once again .. how quickly my memory fades .. the tricep, shoulder chest DVD was a killer .. I am so sore in my lats .. forgot it worked the lats so hard .. and triceps are paining me too .. (hope they don't run the security tape b/c they will see me working P90X at work .. LOL)

Today I am back in my office w/a ton of work .. my work does not get done when I am gone .. so today is catch up once again for me .. I think today is Kenpo ... so I am skipping my lunch workout .. b/c tonight I teach a cardio/kickboxing class .. so going to sub that .. (hope my poor arms hold up for it .. LOL)

Marcia .. Angie .. sorry if I got you guys mixed up yesterday .. ?? .. who knows .. my mind is slipping .. overworked .. overstressed .. and just plain out battty .. LOL

Wendy .. so glad you spoke up about the weight thing in the open forum .. man those girls ARE TINY ... I was really feeling HUGE reading everyone being in the 110 (and less) pound range .. YIKES .. I think I may have weighed 110 in the 6th grade .. LOL .. :eek: ..

Hate you girls are getting the freezing temps and so much snow .. this morning when I left the house it was 32 degrees .. and by lunch it is supposed to be 76 degrees . . talk about not knowing how to dress .. but I am loving the sunny 78 degree days!! giving me spring fever real bad .. and feel the dread of bathing suit season upon me!! LOL

Hi Ladies,

This morning was Back and Biceps, and arx. I actually like this workout and didn't have the dread factor at all this morning. It is supposed to be 60 degrees here today so I plan on running at lunch:)

Wendy-you're doing my favorite P90X, shoulders & arms. I love how my arms and shoulders feel after this workout!

Nancy-Don't you just love the afterburn, a reminder of how hard you are working!

Poochy-I thought we were on the same schedule. Now I'm wondering if I did the wrong workout. I'm sure my calendar called for back & biceps. Either way, I got a workout in today:)

Angie-where are you? You need to check in now and again to keep us motivated to finish this rotation. I'm still hangin' in as best as I can. I'm too close to quit now.

Diana .. I messed up Monday (my work schedule has been screwed up b/c of the storm damage) .. so I am a day behind this week .. so I have back and biceps tomorrow . . and I too LOVE that workout .. think it leaves me feeling stronger than any of the others .. and love that pump it gives you!!

It is so pretty here today .. wish I could get a run in .. just gorgeous!!! I am jealous .. ;)
 
No work out here yet ladies....Having a hard time getting motivated to do anything-weights, cardio, yoga....ANYTHING! UGH! I hate this! I WILL work out tonight though. I WILL do something or else I chance not having time to fit it all in this week and I REFUSE to do that!

Please send me work out vibes and I'll be back later to tell you what a fabulous work out I had regardless of my struggle to get moving!;)

Oh thank goodness! I went to my step class tonight. I feel sooo much better! PHEW! I am not sure how the rest of my week will go now but I will fit it all in if it kills me ladies! LOL

Laura - you're making me jealous with your summer like temps. I'm sure it will be awhile before Michigan sees temps like that. Although they are calling for temps in the mid 40's by the end of the week!! Woooohooo!:p

Nancy - DOMS are great!! And it doesn't matter what workout you got them from - as long as you're getting them, you're making progress.:)

Wendy - Just not feeling it today? I know you will do it anyways, because that is what you do. Have you ever noticed that Catheites are some pretty stubborn folks when it comes to their workouts? Oh, and I would love to post in the morning, but I've been working a lot lately and I don't have internet at work - so that leaves when I get home as I don't get up early unless I have to. On my days off I'll come in and keep you company with my morning java.

Diana - I'm here! You just need to go back and read the previous days post. I'm usually the last one to post, but I'm here every day!!;-)

I did drill max today. Man, are these new workouts long! I don't want to do the premixes because I'm testing out my new DVD's to make sure they are all working OK so I can send the others back. I got them about 4-6 weeks ago but I was doing the X and pretty much forgot about it until I opened my Cathe cabinet again. It sure doesn't feel like a recovery week! }(
