CLASSIC/PHASE 2/WEEK 5/DAY 5
Okay, so I'm behind on my rotation now by a couple of days and have to play catch up so I have Back and Biceps, ARX and yoga all on tap for today! I can dispense with yoga if need be and stick it in anywhere this week including on Sunday if I have to so it shouldn't be TOO bad...
Angie, I'm not really crazy just SUPER STUBBORN about getting my work outs done!}( I don't know if it's good or bad but it's me! LOL
So do you have any idea what kind of roation you will be doing once you complete the X?
