Classic/Phase 3/Week 11/Day 6
OMG, I think I am FINALLY going to finish week 11! Took forever, didn't it!?! LOL It's Leg and Back/ARX for me today.
I did the first 45 minutes of Yoga X last night. It felt good but it's all I could handle at the time. I like the work out but it's tough to convince myself to do the ENTIRE thing. I am definately noticing improvements in my flexibilities/capabilities since starting with the X. My goal is to continue to do some yoga on a weekly basis even after the X is over with. I hope I can stick to it.
I am tired. I went to bed nice and early but my dog started barking and woke me up and then it was hard for me to fall back to sleep. ACK! x(
I looked in the mirror and got on the scale this morning...my belly has finally lost the darn bloat from eating cr@p and the scale is now only 1 pound up from my last X weigh-in as opposed to the FIVE it had been up previously! ~PHEW~ What a relief!!!
Okay, I'm outta here for now. BBL!
