Hi all

Wow - can't believe this thread hasn't been started yet. It must mean that everyone is enjoying their Sunday:)

Well, I did CardioX yesterday - I hated the first part but liked the second part. All in all I doubt I will do this one very often. It has YOGA in it}( Actually I felt kind of tight with the yoga. I guess that means I really should do YogaX soon and limber up a bit.:-(

Today is rest day.:) I drank some beer with friends last night and went about 600 cals over for the day - ug! Beers with a birthday cake and BBQ will definitely through off the eats. I also get the munchies on Sunday, so I'm trying to be good. It's really hard when I'm just sitting here on the couch watching the race and surfing the web. It's also still rainy and gloomy out so.......

Hope everyone has a fantastic and restful Sunday:)

Hey Angie,

I hear ya loud and clear on the eating. We had DS birthday party yesterday. I did okay but could've been better. Dh made me fried potatoes, fried eggs and bacon for breakfast. At least I only had 1 egg, 1 slice bacon and 1/2 C fried potatoes. It sure was good but don't plan on having that again soon.

I just finished MIS and came upstairs to print the endurance rotation I want to start. I need a cardio idea for today. I'm thinking lowmax, Imax 3 or MIC.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Ohhhhhh Lowmax sounds like fun - haven't done that one in a while. I don't have MIC and IMAX3 still makes me mad at the end. LOL - I think it's the 9th step segment that still messes me up! I really need to keep going over that one and get it down so that it just kicks my but but doesn't necessarily make me mad.}(

Hey Ang-guess it's just us today. I just finished lowmax. I haven't done this one in months. It was fun today and I was surprised I remembered the steps. This one was a little confusing for me to start with.

Imax 3 is my favorite. I think I had trouble with the 9th step segment also. I had to repeat it until I got it. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours to Imax 3 the first time cuz I kept rewinding the step portions until I had them down. MIC is Cathe's hardest cardio workout in my opinion. I used to do it all the time as it was my first Cathe workout. I need to start adding it back in more, and now I can since I'm done with X.:)

Hey Ladies!

BBC Butt and Legs weight portion is done! What a burner!}( I have to hit the showers now...off to meet a friend for coffee in a bit!

Hey girls!

How's everybody? I had a good weekend. I just ate a fresh mozzarella, roasted pepper and arugula sandwich on the best ciabatta bread in the world. We went to this bakery shop well-known for the best bread in NYC (especially Brooklyn). Brooklyn Italians pride themselves on the best breads around and I have to agree. I know it's not clean.......but it was the best. I only ate half to try to keep it "sensible". It sounds like we all need our comfort foods.

I still kept up with the exercising this weekend. Yesterday I tried The Bar Method. It was interesting but......the verdict isn't in yet. I don't like feeling like I didn't work hard enough which is how I felt when I was done. If I'm going to allow the time, I want to WORK! Has anyone else done these type of workouts?

Okay, have a great Sunday night. It feels good to be bunkered down for the evening. I'm going back to work after taking off three days last week. I can't remember feeling that miserable. I'm so glad I feel well. It makes you appreciate your health - something we can easily overlook.

Nancy
