Good day all

Yesterday was a bust. I was kickin around CoreSyn but we had unexpected company drop in and well....my decision was made. I loved seeing them but I really hate it when people just drop in. I was in my cleaning clothes and doing laundry with a messy house to boot when they walked thru the doorx( .

Nancy - hope you are feeling better today. Getting sick is such a drag! You have a DD who cleans the house? Where did you find him?? My DD is such a sweatheart but he's such a slob. After 10 years of training, he is getting better though. I chuckle when he gets after the boys when they leave messes.

Wendy - you went to the gym with DH on your anniversary? You two are so fit and dedicated. I wish I could get my DD to do that. But he is waiting for me right now to go for a walk this morning, so I can't complain - I'm typing fast!! The dog is buggin me too. LOL!

Diana - B&G is great isn't it? Love the firewalkers, or hate them?? LOL - I'm not sure.

Good Morning X'ers!

CLASSIC/PHASE 3/WEEK 10/DAY 7

Hey all. I just finished the first 30 mins of Long and Lean Yoga and I am done for the day. Week 10 is complete! WOOH!}(

Angie, Enjoy your walk with DH and the doggy!

I have to jump in the shower soon. We are headed out for the day. We are going to the shooting range and then to pick DS up and head to my mom's for dinner. Last night was fun. Dinner was yummy and the comedy show was funny. Great bargain at $10 per ticket and the show was almost 90 mins long!!!

Hi Ladies,

My computer crashed this morning}( We got it working again but it needs to have a professional look at it. I hate the thought of being without my computer. Oh well, it needs to be repaired.

This morning I did Cardio Fusion mix n match premix. It is a fun 80 minute sweatfest. I thought about doing the upper body scheduled for tomorrow, but we'll have to see how the day goes.

Angie-I don't like when company arrives unannounced either. What a pain. Hope you have an enjoyable walk with DH.

Wendy-You must be so happy to be moving on to week 11. It is week 12 for me and I can hardly wait to finish. I'm adding in more and more Cathe lately when I can.

Hey girls!!

Thanks, Angie. I'm feeling better now. I wasn't feeling that great when I woke up but as the day went on I'm on my way to recovery. No workouts at all this weekend but my eating was really good. I think exercise definitely gets me much hungrier.

Angie - DH clean the house???? NO!!!!!! I meant my dear daughter who is home from college on spring break. No, my DH is a lot like yours. He just helps mess it, lol. She did a great job and left me with very little to do. Bless her!!!!!!!!!

I'm always at my worst when unexpected company arrives too. Why don't they come just when the house cleaning is done and I'm just finishing up with my shower?

I can't believe it's week 11 for you Wendy. You have so much to be proud of. I can't wait to hear your stats. Sounds like you had a great time last night!! $10? - that's great!!!!

Diana - Week 12? I know what you mean about adding more of Cathe's workouts. For some reason, I don't get tired of Cathe's workouts and I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. I know for sure that I'll be on the presale bandwagon because then the prices are really good.

Oh geez Nancy - my bad - I read DD and it just registered as DH. Then I got so jealous that I just started typing. LOL! I don't have a DD so I guess my house will be a mess until the DS's move out of the house - I only have about 12 years left! I know what you mean about exercise and increased hunger. I also have incresed appetite with exercise - makes sense though.

Wendy - you're at the end of it!! I'll bet your happy! Have you noticed a big difference in your physique?

Diana - I feel your pain about the computerx( ;( }( It's such a drag!! I hope it is nothing too costly to fix.

I also will always be on Cathe's pre-order list. I too can't wait to see what she will come up with next.

Angie-my computer started acting up again and had to us my sons computer to pay the bills. I feel better about my computer going in for repairs knowing that I paid the bills.

I'm still having fun with Cathe's latest dvd's, but will definitely preorder anything new.

Well I guess I better shut down the computer and disconnect the cables so it can be taken for repairs
