Hey Xers!

CLASSIC/PHASE 2/WEEK 5/DAY 6

Well, it's legs and back/ARX for me today and then I won't be around until tmrw probably.

I have DOMS in my arms from doing b&b and yoga on back to back days.}(

I will be eating badly tonight for dinner. We are going to friends' for dinner and the guy is making us stuffed shells. :9 }( :9 I will probably also indulge in a few cocktails. WOOH! LOL

Today was chest & back plus ARX. done! i am also gonna get to the gym today for a run.

i have DOMS from doing legs and back a couple days ago. Woohoo!!

wendy- enjoy your dinner tonight. we are taking older ds to the circus and will be going out to dinner afterwards also:9 }(

Hey girls, I can join you now, I got the system in the mail yesterday.

Which rotation do you think I should do for maximum weightloss? I'm thinking the doubles rotation, but want your opinion since you guys are much more familiar and I've just started reading the materials.

Welcome, Marcia!! Good luck with the rotation you decide to begin with. I started with Classic and am seeing some good results.

Okay, done with Back and Biceps. I love that workout!!!

Going to hit the showers and then EAT....I'm starving. I've been drinking nonfat chocolate milk as a recovery drink. It's 130 calories. I hate adding liquid calories but maybe it will make me eat less (?).

I did Chest and Back this afternoon and WOW :eek: :eek: I will for sure have DOMS tomorrow }( . I LOVED IT!!!!!!!

I am doing the Doubles Rotation. I am feeling extremely committed to this system, so I'm going at it with FULL FORCE!!! ;-)

I need to take my pics yet and do measurements, but I'll probably get that done here soon.

Hi All

I've been gone all day. Went downstate to pick up our new 5th wheel. It is so sweet!! I can't wait to be able to use it this spring.

I didn't even have time to get kenpo done today, so I guess today is rest day and tomorrow will be kenpo, which will work fine. I just hate to workout on Sunday.

Marcia - congrats on your purchase! I'm having great results with just the classic version. Doubles was just too much working out for me. I can't imagine doing more than one workout a day, especially at this level. Hats off to you...

Nancy - have you considered getting just the chocolate soy or whey protein drinks for a recovery drink? They are relatively inexpensive, aren't too terribly high in calories(120-160)and have the extra protein for muscle building. Just a thought............

oh welcome, marcia!!!! you'll love this program!!!!!

today was p90x rest day for me..... but again.... no rest... it was the annual tour de palm springs bike ride.... 103 miles... i'm pooped! my legs felt very sluggish and achy most of the day... i think cuz of legs and back on thursday!
