So I never did anything beyond the BBC cardio work out y'day. ACK.
DH and I are going to the gym today so I know I will get my run in atleast. I need to do ARX though and hope to find time for Legs and Back as well. I'll see what happens...
Mine and DH's wedding anniversary was wednesday but we are celebrating today. We are dropping DS off at his grandma's house and spending the day/evening together. It should be a good time. }(
I am sooo sore...my legs are still a little sore but not bad enough to keep me from a leg work out anymore but my u/b from cs&t is still killin' me! My tris feel like they are gonna burn off my body! LOL Okay...maybe that was a bit of a dramatic description but you get the picture, right? :7

Congrats on your anniversary Wendy - how many years for you? Sounds like you'll get your cardio in one way or another LOL! Don't wear your HRM though.
I really, really slept in today. Went to bed around midnight and didnt wake up until 11:30! I worked all last week, which I hardly ever do and was getting headaches the last 3 days, so either I'm starting to come down with something or I was very sleep deprived. I was getting my 8 hours per night thru the week, but I think my body does best on 9 to 9.5 hours per night. Time will tell. I also get headaches when I sleep too much and do have a slight one this morning but nothing my java won't handle I'm sure. What a fickle body I have.:7
What's on tap for everyone else today? I thought I might pop in CoreSyn but since I got up so late and my house is a mess and we have dinner plans with friends tonight, I'm not sure if I'm gonna do anything. I usually only do a light workout on Sat. anyways so I might just skip it:7

I'm not feeling that good. Came home with a scratchy throat yesterday and also slept a ton last night. I was in bed by 9. I'm stilling feeling the throat and I feel so dizzy. I'm not used to feeling under the weather and I hate it.
I'm with you Angie. I probably won't get anything in feeling like this. My DD cleaned house yesterday while I was at work so I don't have too much to do around here. I need a cleaning lady. That's the one thing I should splurge on. I'm tired of the same old drudgeryx(.
Okay, Happy St. Pats. I usually cook a corned beef for DH (he wears green) but it doesn't look like it's happening this year. We may step out for dinner later, if I feel up to it.
Angie, I am good with 8-9 hours of sleep myself. I ususally go to bed between 9-10pm and have no trouble getting up at 6 every morning. The past several days I have gone to bed later and have had a hard time getting myself out of bed. Lesson learned!:7
Nancy, I hope you feel better! I hate being sick. Knock on wood, I have not been sick in a while. Hopefully it stays that way!
Well, DH and I hit the gym this morning after we dropped DS off at his grandma's house. I did the leg machines with DH and then I hit the assisted chin up machine since legs and back has chin/pull ups in it. After that I ran for 25 minutes and then came home and did ARX. I actually meant to do abs at the gym but forgot! I'm such a ditz at times! LOL So I managed to work everything in a nice compact work out. Now all I have left is yoga tomorrow and I am all caught up...YEAY!
I did Butts and Guts and the pullup portion of legs & back. I just inserted the pullups between the walking lunges, deadlifts, squats etc. It worked out nicely. I was planning on doing a cardio too but I am beat. I really need to add in Butts & Guts at least once a week.
