Hi Ladies, I am purchasing P/S Legs & Abs because I heard it's a great workout. My question is how is it different than Leaner Legs? What kind of changes have you noticed by using it? I already have Leaner Legs so I know it's format! Thanks for any of your knowledge!

For me, I consider LL more endurance leg work. PS Legs is at a slower pace and a shorter rep count and allows you to use heavier weight for your lower body than you'd probably use with LL. There is also the addition of floor leg work with PS Legs.
I personally don't notice any REAL significant or major changes with 1 type of workout over the other (strength/endurance), I think they both have their place in a well balanced fitness program, but I do notice an increase in overall strength when using rotations of PS Series or S&H.

I think Donna summed it up pretty well. Leaner Legs is definitely more endurance while PS is more for "strength". Leaner Legs will give you strength, too. They are both tough workouts. Leaner legs doesn't give you any break between exercises. You move straight from one to the next. PS gives you plenty of breaks and opportunties to go very heavy on your weights, and, as mentioned, a pretty good amount of floor-work. On a more personal note, I enjoy Leaner Legs a little more. It is a blast for me, and even though I'm working sooo hard, I am truly enjoying it the whole time. Both have very good ab work at the end.

Thanks for the input! I'll look at it as more strength based then. I must say I have yet to have a "blast" while doing Leaner Legs!;-) I think I enjoy ... the warm up!:D Susan
