Last Tuesday when I did Gym Style biceps I was able to do the complete first set of concentration curls with 20 lbers. Biceps was worked again with a lesser set of exercises on Friday during HSC but I went heavy. Yesterday was Gym Style biceps again and I could do less than half of the reps of concentration curls with 20 lbs and then had to drop to 15 lbs. Anyone else experience this? I usually work each body part 2/week...this time I was over for biceps ...3x/6 days. Could I have not rested my biceps enough. Is there any other reason for this to happen?
