Although I got my seasonal flu shot, I still managed to get a mild form of it. I have been unable to exercise for over a week (almost two). I'm upset that this happened because I just began Cathe's February rotation. I'm planning on working out again (probably) Wednesday. I'd like some advice about which Cathe workout to do to "ease myself" back into my routine and get my strength back. I feel like if I start right back in with one of the XTrain DVDs, I might really be biting off more than I can chew. What are your thoughts, Cathletes? Thanks so much for your help!
