I just purchased your 3 box set of Slow and Heavy and want to make sure I'm not over doing it. Your instructions are on each dvd that I not do more than 2 times a week.
Yes, it's per workout disk. You want to allow at least 48 hours between weight workouts of the same body parts so it's hard to get in more than two a week anyway, using the 3-disk S&H set!
