I just wanted everyone to know what excellent customer service I received. I discovered an audio problem with one of my new Body Blast tapes while previewing them. I e-mailed customer service for cathe.com to find out about replacing it. Within 5 minutes someone e-mailed me back to let me know a new tape would be sent out to me. The very next day it was on my doorstep!
