Our own personal trainer

Cathlete
I just returned from a trip to St. Pete Beach, FL (near Tampa). One morning my husband and I were enjoying our morning coffee and newspaper on the beach, and a woman was having a personal training session right by us. My husband got tired of me saying "Cathe does that one in such-and-such video". Probably 95% of her drills/moves I've done in one of Cathe's videos. I kept thinking that I could buy Cathe's new STS shock cardio series for the price of that one training session. Aren't we lucky to have found Cathe!!!

Best Trainer in the Biz!!

I go to the gym for my mother in law but I always have a better quality workout at home with Cathe.

Got to love it!!

Now get that STS in your shopping cart!

I love having Cathe to workout with! I really can do without a gym 85% of the time. Since I don't have room for a TM or any other stationary equipment, I will need a gym for the winter. Can't let my running go by the wayside during the colder months and I cannot run in the cold! Brrrr! Besides, it hurts to breathe in the cold!

Soon as I can have a new house with more room, I'm getting one, then I won't need anything besides Cathe and my Cardio Coach!

And cheaper too!

The cost of a gym membership, the annoyance of sharing equipment, the inconvenience of driving to/from the gym is what keeps me at home. For the price of one workout DVD that I can use over and over and over again along with the handful of equipment pieces, I say it pays for itself in a years' time. Because I can use the same equipment and videos over and over and over again and by mixing up the workouts, I think the benefits way outdo having a gym membership.

You know what's cooler than Cathe? The dedicated crowd who follows her. I think any woman who can do Cathe's workouts are some of the strongest women I could ever know (or actually DON'T know). Cathe is tough and I can say that there isn't one workout where I'm not left feeling drained at the end.

I have to agree! I used to pay 40 bucks a month for a gym membership I hardly ever used and I try to buy one new fitness something or other, so long as I can afford it, and I'm always spending less than what I spent in a gym membership.
