I am so excited. I found the perfect house this week-end and WE GOT IT!!!!! I can't wait to move. We're moving from the Philly area to Indiana. Come on July!!!!! Just had to share! Thanks for letting me share with y'all!

LOL for a minute there I thought you were the lady buying MY house! :p Congrats on the new place........maybe your luck will wear off & the offer I put in on my dream house will be accepted today! :)
 
Well, it has 4 bedrooms and the colors are all perfect. No or little painting. The best part is the backyard. It's huge and has an inground pool. It will be so nice to have a backyard. We live in a condo now. Everything is so new in this house. It was built in 1974 but the owners have updated it! Woohoo!

Congratulations. What a relief that must be for you. I've been trying to sell my house for over a year, and it's draining me of every cent especially since I'm renting a condo elsewhere. It's no small feat to sell a home these days!

Hey Becky, my sister just moved last year back to Texas from Carmel, Indiana. She loved it there. We visited once and it was beautiful.
