I'm a Califonia Girl...
Hey all,
I live in Central Calif., Clovis Ca. to be exact. I do have a couple of girl friends who are s-l-o-w-l-y becoming interested in Cathe's tapes. It seems that so many fitness enthusiasts, trainers, and instructors I have spoken with have never heard of her...weird. I find myself just bubbling over with excitement about Cathe and I get that "glazed over" look. I remember feeling this way about The Firm tapes more than 12 yrs. ago when I paid $40 for them mail order only...remember that girls? Now, everyone can get them,shoot I even saw some in the grocery store the other day. Maybe Cathe will become just as well known, or maybe we can keep her as our own little secret :-]. Deb D

No, suprisingly, my shins were not sore! I am surprised after that workout HB gave us. Well, we'll have to work something out here to get together soon so you can stretch that out! How far is Columbus from everyone? I am direction-challenged!! Remember, I even get lost in the mall! LOL!
