For my Sat workout yesterday I decided to dust off Muscle Endurance. I have not done that workout for a couple years. Ouch talk about DOMS. I can barely move my upper body and it hurts when I sit down (I think I am less sore in the lower body due to doing a lot of B&Gs). I have not been this sore for a long time. That one should come with a warning label or something.
