man , oh, man. 90% makes a hugh difference. did shoulder, tri's , bi's today and i am so sore already. for some reason, the squat rack legs didn't make me sore. don't know why. but, i am hurtin' from todays workout. i love STS!!!!! don't know what i'm gonna do when i'm done. well, of course, i am gonna do it again. just don't know how much time take off before i do it again.

Disc 32 - Plyo Legs

Kicked by butt - literally. It was an awesome workout, but boy did I work. I know I am going to be filling this tomorrow. I just hope I can walk and still do spinning.

This workout literally kicked my but!!!

After I did the workout, I made it upstairs, my husband took a look at me and said, "lay down for a few minutes". That was 11am. I woke up at 4PM.

Yes, I will do it all over again. This morning I feel great!! I do indeed feel the workout.

I'm so loving STS!!!

I just finished that disc last night and my arms were aching afterwards and today my tri's are feeling it the most, woohoo!! Isn't it scary how much we LOVE the pain that STS brings?? We are crazy, thanks to cathe :)

I can't believe STS is over next week! I'm going to take a week off and then start over doing the 6-month rotation this time. How about you all?

OK, IT IS NOW CONCLUSIVE!!! CATHE IS CERTIFIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISC 32 IS KILLER!!!!!!!!!!
I am a Christian and try very hard not to say bad words, BUT she almost drove me to it on those 1-legged squat thrusts, and a few other ones, but i can't breathe or think right now, so i'm just gonna go die. :)

Too funny.. I was finding myself really swearing at Cathe and meaning it! Then I smiled when I thought about it. I know to push myself with her workouts...but then it gets too be like...come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
M3-Week3 leg Squat DVD cathe said that next week will be the test to see if we have gain 5 % strength. I feel like I've gained 50 % ;):D

I can't wait to finish so that I can start all over again.
 
same here, robin, we must be as certifiable as cathe. LOL!!!!! i was thinking about doing the 6-m, but i think i would get bored. i really like having a different workout every time. so, what do ya'll think about the 1-rm's? i really don't want to do them all again. but, w/the new workout manager, i guess you could just go into each workout and do one wokrout at a time. not quite so overwhelming as the first time. and, i do feel like i have gained strength, so i hope i can go heavier. so, if we have done the whole program, why would we need to go back to the endurance phase? do you think it is necessary? i was thinking about just doing meso 3 again and then strting over. anyone else thought about that?
