I have several of Coach Troy's Spinervals. i have two that have Brenda in them. www.advanceworkouts.com has them.

You can also check out some advanced spinning DVD's at www.spinning.com with master instructor Josh Taylor. DVD's run 50 minutes or so and are also sold at amazon.com.
