Ordering problems

Dear Cathe & Step 'n' Motion,
Did your ordering process change with the new forum? I was able to pre-order the past few years online with no problems (including the Intensity series, which is great), but I was thinking of ordering some more of your DVD's, & when I clicked on order videos online, a message came up that said something like this, "my receiver was unable to establish secure communications." I know I can call my order in, but I am worried that I won't be able to pre-order in the future, which, of course, I plan on doing... BTW, I have webtv, does the new forum/possibly ordering not jive with that? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi! I waited a few days to see if it was a temporary problem, but it doesn't appear to be temporary. So, I'm just bumping this up to see if I can get a reply, thanks.
BTW, I did Imax 2 Sunday--whoa it was tough, but I did it!

Hey Jeni,

Give the customer service link a try. They usually have more time to respond to issues like this. I have found them very easy to contact.
 
We're using the same online script we have used for the last 6 years. The new forum is on a differnt server and does not have anything to do with ordering online. I would suggest contacting WebTV for more information.
