Opinions Please

So I caved and bought Crossfire(already have TTM and love it). I'm late to The LIS party and just aquired Athletic Training(which I also like). I'm eyeing Afterburn and Slide and Glide. Which do you like better? I recently got the discs and Slide and Glide looks fun. I'm also considering Breathless Body 2. Opinions on that? So in conclusion, which would be a good one to start with as my next step? I'll probably end up with all 3 eventually lol

Afterburn is much harder than Slide and Glide, in my opinion. AB is HiiT whereas SG is more of a steady cardio. Both incorporate compound weight training and AB uses the discs as well. You can't go wrong with either one! Different types of cardio, both really killer workouts.

I am a big fan of Afterburn. I need to modify certain parts (most notably the dragging planks that you can see at around 1:40 of the video clip) but I get a lot out of the workout every time and have increased the hand weights as I've gotten stronger. I'm not a fan of the disks, so I almost never do Slide and Glide, although I bought it as part of the LIS. I don't have and can't comment on the third program that you mentioned.

Afterburn is excellent in my opinion and one of my favorites. I no longer do Slide and Glide because it does a number on my knees for some reason.

I love them both. I agree that AB is more intense and a great workout. I love the discs and slide and glide...so fun...and does not bother my knees (and I have knee issues). I have done both workouts this week, in fact. Slide n Glide is a great travel workout, only needing a fire walker band and discs. I'd probably choose AB first as it's a great calorie burn, but I'd get both eventually (as well as Cardio Supersets).

I like Afterburn better, S&G is just plain ole fun. Afterburn is a metabolic workout, and S&G is more steady state cardio and then you go into some strength work using the gliders and your bands, but nothing too intensive. Depens on what you are looking for...but if you liked how you felt after doing Crossfire and TTM, then Afterburn is probably the better choice.

I prefer Afterburn. Slide n Glide is novel and all, but I usually end up NOT using my slide disks because, well...they just bug me after a while, so I just do slide and glide minus the slide and glide.
