Like most others have posted, KM is a "meh" for me too, but I like the warm up and leg cond. drills. My favorite 30 min. kickbox mishmosh is the Kickmax warm up, then combos 1,2, & 3 of KPC. It comes in at 30-31 minutes w/o a cooldown so it's great for days when I'm short on time or don't feel like doing all of KPC.
I aspire to be able to lift my legs as high as Jai does during the drills, especially for the side leg work. She is incredibly strong and flexible!
