I think the Bicep section of Muscle Endurance is a real fryer and the chest section of GS is as well....what are your opinions of Cathe's best upper body fryers??

I don't have a whole lot of videos with weights (no gym styles or 4ds) but I have SS, PP, BM2, LIC, ME, MM, PUB, PLB and BC. So Out of those vids, here's my opinion.
Chest. . . not sure, I guess for me it would be PUB, by the time we get down the pyramid, they are fried. When Cathe moves on to pullovers, my chest muscles shake.
Biceps. . . ME (I won't even do the barbell, I use 8# dumbells, sometimes 10# and I feel like my biceps are screaming at me when I am done.
Triceps. . . MM The last bit with the band kills me.
Shoulders. . . PUB, man am I happy when we get back down to the 3#s
Back. . . I guess, MM, it is hard to tell. I never feel like I work my back enough.
I am adding on here. . .
Legs. . . PLB My legs are always shaking when I am done with this one. I cannot even add on reverse crunches when I am done because my legs are shaking so much.
Abs. . . Love the ab work in BM2, LIC, and ME
