Happy Friday Morning ladies!!

The weekend is coming -- get yourself ready today!

What are your plans for the weekend? What are you eating? What are you working out to?
 
I am so happy I just have to post this!

My weight is usually about 142 lbs. -- +1 or 2 if I have been eating crap, -1 or 2 if I have been eating well. This morning my weight was the lowest it has been in probably 4 or 5 years at 138.5. Yay clean eating!!

I am so glad it's Friday! I am doing the new 4ds Kickbox this morning. Tomorrow I will probably try the lis, then off to wedding dress shopping! After that on Saturday, I will definitely be eating a cheat meal!!

Today looks like this~

B cereal
S half sandwich
L leftover lasagna, banana
S crackers, apple slices
D ??, maybe chicken alfredo
 
Good for you, Katie! I LOVE it when that happens! But don't eat a cheat meal! You're doing so good! Don't wreck your progress!

Last night I did the cardio from HighIS - so much fun! I was in the middle of LowIS and my power went out! (Huge storms/tornados last night). Let me tell you - my basement is DARK! I used my laptop screen to guide my way back upstairs. I was really bummed I didn't get to do more. I wanted to do all of the cardios last night. Oh well. I think it was a gift from God that DH & I couldn't stay up until midnight working. I got to go to bed at 930! I feel so rested today!

l - apple, grilled chicken sandwich (Wendy's) w/ lettuce & tomato, toss the bun
s - ??
d - no groceries yet! tbd

Definetly doing HIS tonight! The whole thing. Maybe other cardios if I'm feeling energetic. I LOVE NEW WORKOUTS!

Robin - The dogs KIND OF got him. The puppy behaved, but the big one barked and barked. Hey, at least she warned me he was coming. LIke I needed it! - I almost ran all the way down our extra-long driveway!

Kate you tried to do all 4 cardio sections last night... LOL

Today I did the first half of Kickboxing and it was fun.I did not feel like pulling the weights out today. I also did Amy's ab workout for an 1/2 hour.

Tomorrow I going to do low Int step and weight training. I may have to buy my 25# DB....one at a time. I don't think that I can do anything :+ with two heavy weights, my arms are not strong enough.

Good morning, Robin! Was KB super fun? I previewed it and can't wait to do it. I normally don't like KB tapes but this one looks like it'll change my mind.

Fun thing: I told DH that Cathe uses the 25's for chest flies and he was all "Big deal! Not so heavy!" I was "Oh, yeah - let's see you do it" Well, DH is a big muscular guy. He used to be into lifting but he says work schedule prevents him from doing it anymore. His muscles are still great because of physical work that he does (but oh, I miss him being HUGE). So we went downstairs for a little competition. I WHOOPED HIM! Technically, he could lift heavier than me (he did the 25s, I did 20s) BUT he is mighty sore today and I don't feel a thing!

I'm so sorry i was missing yesterday, had appointments before i fly out today!
I see most of you got the new DVD's, i'm still waiting, but Canada is further :)
I'm crazy busy today, i'm so happy for you Katie!! Great work paying off. I'll post more later if i get a chance.
I really hope i have a computer in England, i will miss you so much :)

I am done with my workout, showered, and gonna drag myself thru a final day at work.

Kickbox was FUN and HARD! I only got to about half of the leg stuff due to time constraints. Tonight I will try the core stuff.

My DVD's should arrive today. I'm sticking to my recovery week and will start these next week. I'll preview them though and figure out my rotation.

Robin, I think I am going to do Lower Intensity Step tomorrow morning. I am feeling very fatigued and a little *overtrained* but I am itching to do some of this new step stuff, so I think the safest bet would be the LIS, then I will take Sunday as a complete rest day, and tackle more next week.

How about you?
 
Hey Hey! My FIL had my laptop today and I've missed checking in. We're getting lots of new programs for work and a bunch of wierd stuff needed to happen to my laptop that I don't understand. Oh well - glad to have it back!

I just finished HIS - Oh so much fun.! I did weights first then the cardio. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I could lift. It'll be a long time tho before I can row the 62lbs (I used 50). At the end I was sweating so much my eyes were stinging. Don't you love it when that happens?!

Eating was not clean, but tidy. I think most people would look at even our tidy days and think we're doing well, but isn't it funny whoe when you know how to eat clean that even tidy feels completely UNCLEAN? Tomorrow is a new day.--See ya then

My eating was not clean today either, but tidy. I agree that most people would think we're doing well.
