Very excited to see the clips! I'm sure the dvds can't be too far behind

This is perfect timing, I am just starting to feel like I need a couple more full body weight workouts.

So excited! I'll be finishing STS Meso 3 the end of the month, and I'll be ready for the new full body weight workouts. The other ones sound great, too, although I'm a little scared of Intensity!!
