<---is back from sunny Virginia and North Carolina
<---had a wonderful time with friends and family
<---ate, laughed, ate, beached, ate, flew to Tangier Island, ate, laughed, ate, kayaking, ate, crabbed, ate, birdwatched, ate and ate
<---only had one little photosensitivy issue due to nasty antibiotics - sunburned the tips on my toes on the last day of kayaking
<---wonders if any of you have tried to get to sleep with sunburned toe-tips?
<---solved the pain and burning by sleeping in wet socks
<---wonders how all of youse are, after being away for a week?
