one rep max???????????

I feel stupid asking this, but do you have do do a body max test for every exercise on the list or do you do one per body part? It seems overwhelming to do it for each exercise, so that means each dvd you do, you need to find out what exercises there are and do a test for each one? I'm sorry if this is a silly question.
Thanks - Autumn:eek:
One more thing: How do you calculate band weight?

1RM tests

At the most there are 117 exercises that you may want to take a 1RM test for. We have ranked all the exercises from 1 to 5 stars. We suggest doing a 1RM test for at least the 4 and 5 star exercises. It may seem like a lot of exercises, but it really doesn't take all that long to do the tests. The 1RM test will also help you to prepare and become familiar with the STS program.

Thanks. I had done a bunch of exercises that I know and entered the data earlier today and didn't see any stars. I just checked again and didn't see any. Where would I find these stars?

Hi Autumn! This link should take you there. This page is found in Workout Manager under the "STS" tab at the top of the page. You will also find the star ratings in your User's Guide. Hope this helps...

Thanks Cathe, that did the trick. Can't wait for the STS cardio. I was going to wait and buy them all together but I think I'll get the STS weight series this summer and the cardio when that comes out.
