Wow am I here alone? Ok I did athletic step last night. Tbought id try again since my foot didnt hurt but I still didnt get to really do full range because of knee. Gosh am I ever gonna get back to normal before I get old and then have more problems? L ol seems like I really am falling apart.
Well I dont know where everyone is. Man I sure hope I didnt offend anyone. It does seem like people can be sensitive on the political side.

Lower Body Blast is very hard

I only managed forty minutes of it, and, of course, I did not have the sliding discs, so I had to order them. It is a very difficult lower body workout, comparable to Legs and Glutes. Today I am supposed to do some kind of step and my upper body. I don't think that politics has any place here, and I will not even say for whom I voted. I also have not been tracking my workouts, and I think I must have done 8 days in a row, so I decided to take today off. Don't you think we should have a day off?

Renee, you did not offend me, but I think it best if we do not discuss politics here, as this is a fitness forum. Now I might tick you off. I hope not.

Where is everybody?

My back was killing me today, and I don't know how I made it through the cardio premix Low Impact Circuit, and my heart rate went through the roof, and I burned close to 500 calories. I have to do some kind of weight workout late, but now I have to go out so I have to get into the tub.

Low impact step yesterday. And jari llove. Total of 73 minures altogether.

I did the Cardio Premis of

Low Impact Challenge on an 8 inch step, and, at times, I thought I was going to die. I was too busy all day to do a weight workout. The hurricane really hit us hard. I might see Michael this weekend, but lower Manhattan had no power for over a week, and he was stuck there.

Hello to all your wonderful people

My back was hurting so much, and then I became sick. I started off today wity forty minutes of Christi Taylor's Step Heaven which I did on an eight inch step. I am going to do my upper body again. I can get more vicodin on the 21st. I want to get Michael off my profile as I have not seen in in a while although he did text me that he was coming today. I do not believe he will come. The hurricane really hurt Staten Island, and too many parts of this place were flooded, and it impacted upon my business.
 
Hey, good job on the wo. Im sorry its,not working out with that fella. And I know that storm was terrible. I have been thinking about all that devastation.
Well today I did kickbox and biceps for crosstrain express. Rest day yesterday.

Work finally picked up yesterday after the devastation of Sandy. I was busy, and I did an hour of kickboxing, and I wear one pound weighted gloves. I had Lower Body Blast planned, but I did not have time for it, so I did the premix of Muscle Max for my legs. I am still squatting with forty pounds and lunging with thirty. When I do my upperbody, I still can't use the weights Cathe does, and because of my large breasts that hurt my back, my doctor said never to put a barbell on my shoulders, so I use hand weights. He also said never to do chest and shoulders, so I do not. I need to find another upper body workout other than Muscle Max, and Pyramid used pull overs for the back, and it hurts my back too much. Do you have any suggestions?

Im not real sure what else besides maybe,try cross train express upper and pick out only bi tris a.d back. It is chaptered so it shouldnt b to hard to do.
What about,push ups can u do those? And what id u use a 3 poind for shoulders? I can understand chest but I cant see y not shoulders if its extra light.
Geez Catlin thats good weight for squats n lunges. It sounds like u are really doing well in the exercise area! Way to go...

Not sure what,ill do today i woke up with a headache again. And im doing front desk today and the back with Doctor.. I hate trying to cope with head ache. Yesterday I did cardio supersets and lower body weightsight weight mind u..my back isnt good and I thought weights al this time would help but its making it worse so light weights and toning til I lose weight. Maybe my body weight or light is enough since I chuncky anyway. Lol
 
Renee, do you know if you have a migraine?

Imitrex helps my migraines. I stopped doing Low Impact Challenge to get my mail, and I don't like the squat thrusts in it. I also cannot do pushups because it is chest work. I guess I will attempt to finish it, and then I have to do some sort of Upper Body Workout. I hate The Firm.
 
Back at ya

The Firm is so boring. I would unload them on Ebay, but the post office near me closed, and the other one is so far away. About a year ago, I was in the hospital with pneumonia, and I was sick for around four weeks. I could not mail out some workouts, and when I was better, I offered to send them to the two buyers. The buyers were incredibly nasty, and they gave me negative feedback. I had 100 percent positive feedback on Ebay, and now I only had 98 percent.

Yesterday I did an hour of kickboxing, and I did a 51 premix of Lower Body Blast, which is difficult and an awesome workout. It also mixes cardio in with the lower body weighted work, and it burns tons of calories. I hope you are all doing well.

I worked out, and I did 90 minutes of cardio and my upper body, and I spent the rest of the day with a dear friend. Today I did one of my MMA kickboxing, and I have to do my legs.

Omg where were u? I missed u! Cardio fusion yesterday. Jogged with my step grands from kuntucky! They are only 6 n 9 so o.ly one mile but I loved it!
