**One Day at a Time ** May 6 - June 3

Well... I jogged today. I walked a half a mile then pushups 20 is all. Then I ran two and a half miles it took 40 minutes I felt that was to slow I have to remember I don't need to go fast..just as long as I go.LOL.
Jane it has been a long week. I still don't sleep well either. That makes it long to.

Today I did a yoga tape by Kathy Smith ..yes tape lol my back was still hurting that is y the yoga then my plans where cardio fusion but my DH had A friend from his unit visit. He brought his wife and kids along. I was so so embarrassed! My house was a mess due to the remodeling. But they we're sweet. She was super nice and down to earth. I found we have a lot in common. I'm glad. Because I have no friends LOL. It seems I can't find any one I click with. I am a loner usually so that makes it hard to find LOL. I like being alone most of the time but do miss the comrodery of a friend.
What friends I do have are a lot older then I am and nothing in common but I just think I have Ann old soul?

Renee: Sounds like your foot is doing better & you're getting in great workouts! Terrific!:D
I'm like you in that I can't find anyone out here that is familiar with Cathe or wants to work out! These forums have been a blessing for me!

Jane: Absolulety great on your workouts but I guess your Fibro is setting in with the weather!
I'm so sorry Spunky has arthritis! I hope the pills give her some relief! Big Hug for her! I can sympathize with you about your DH! I think I told you what I did with mine!
