OMG!

Just did the 1st day of meso 2 and my shoulders are fried, knuckles dragging over the ground.

That is one heck of a "kick butt" workout!

One down and 11 to go....bring it on!!

marnold and i started again today. did disc 1 this am, and i forgot how fast meso one moves, and i also expected it to be easier this time around. it WAS NOT!

question, ok i'm confused about changing our workout cards. if i lift heavier than the target weight, do i edit and change the 1rm to the actual weight i used. cuz it changes the number of the target weight. do ya'll know what i mean?

Hi Cathy,

Yes, go to the workout, edit the 1RM. Put in what you used, and the 1RM will re-calculate for the future times that exercise is used. I usually do this at the end of the week, right before I am getting ready to print my next week's exercise sheets.
