OMG, Plyo-Legs, Disc 26, Meso 3, Week 1

Earlier, I was warned this workout was tough. During the leg press, I twisted my ankle a bit but I got through it. Tomorrow, I am planning on step aerobics but after this, I am reconsidering.
 
I do too! Yesterday I did MMA Kickbox and Boxing, leaving out the conditioning drills and it felt great on my legs which were sore from heavy lifting.
