At the moment everyone here is checking train times its still snowing but not heavily I checked on the tube website on the internet and my lines are fine at the moment. I can just about see the Eye at Westiminster it is very grey.

Would you believe it we are having a cooker delivered today and so far the workmen haven't turned up.

I can't imagine how the country is dealing with it! I know when areas of the US get snow that aren't used to it, EVERYTHING comes to a halt.

As for your cooker, DH & I had a running joke. The bloke said he would be here Tuesday. He didn't say which Tuesday! Anyway, hope you got it.

Well it doesn't seem to bad here its stopped snowing it looks quite pretty but thats from the safety of my office.

Still no sign of the cooker but they have said they are coming so hopefully later today.

The big orange ball has appeared in the sky now, and it is pretty bright, lets hope it melts the ice and snow !!!!!!!!!!

Well, here I am stuck in Wisconsin in mid-January with not a drop of snow in sight! Today actually we will reach a high of 50!This has been a pretty depressing winter, all brown and yucky! Enjoy your snow! Susan
