Hi, I have kept a few of them for days when I am not feeling good and can't go full out with a Cathe workout. So....you might consider keeping a couple of them for days like that.

Before you try eBay, you might want to see how much they are selling for and decide whether it is worth it or not. SOmetimes things don't sell well on Ebay. I sold my Cathe VHS tapes on eBay after I got the DVDs, and they sold well. Rare Firm videos, like the ballet aerobics, and Bootcamp, sell for a heck of a lot. Good luck!!
