Oh, my, if we decorated this early, my 7 year old would have a stroke before Thanksgiving from the excitement!

Personally, even though I do most of my shopping early, I try not to think much about Christmas until after Thanksgiving. Otherwise *I* might have a stroke from the stress.

Marie, I'm right with you on that. My son would have a total melt down, stroke and heart attack from the anticipation of presents! LOL!:7
I'm more of a Dec 1st kind of decorator, and a Jan 1st taker downer (I'm know, not proper english). But I think if DH has his way it would be more Dec 23rd up and Dec 26th down. He has bad memories of his childhood from christmas, so it's not his favorite holiday. But he's trying to make happy memories with his family now. I have to give him that much.
