If you are thinking about this...STOP and JUST BUY THE WHOLE THING!

You will not find a better product to motivate you on the treadmill! (or whatever you have for equipment).

Sean is extremely motivating, helping you to push yourself to an awesome workout!

Thank you - I think I am going to get it. I need to order the cds and rip them to my computer and then download them into my ipod Sounds like fun! Plus in the summer, most of my cardio is done outside = i just love being outdoors - - but my elliptical in the winter will get boring, so these will help spice things up a bit -
