Okay, Cardio Coach Sale...

Cardio Coach is offering a package deal, Vol. 1-6, plus the older versions of 1&2 and 6 with Candace for $64.95? Is it worth it? I have an elliptical and am in need of inspiration?

YES! At that price, you end up getting all of the workouts (except Push Play) for half price. Very worth it. :)
 
Yes! Yes! It's definitely worth it. Most people I know usually end up buying all of them anyway so you might as well take advantage of the sale. I have an elliptical, too, and using CC has made a huge difference in my workouts.
 
I have nothing different to say. Just - BUY IT! It's totally worth it. I bought the same package deal a few weeks ago and it was worth every penny. :)
 
But if one is not willing to fork over $65.00 and would be only an occasional user, which volume do y'all recommend? I'm about to go pick up my MP3 player today.
 
Beavs - I would recommend coach Sean's #6. This is a versatile workout. If you just want to do 30 minutes, just do the first challenge. If you want to go 60 - do the whole thing. It's by far my favorite.
 
I'm going to have hours of access to a gym this summer... maybe I should purchase these as well!! }( }( }(

I don't usually listen to music or anything on a treadmill or eliptical... does knowing that change anything? I'm a little nervous about the whole attempt to do anything with headphones on!
 
Beavs, if I could only choose ONE CC it would be the Choose Living Press Play workout. It's probably the most inspirational workout I've ever done. You can't help but be pushed to the max on this one. I also LOVE Vols 4 and 6.

Ame, CC is all about the coaching. Coach Sean motivates and inspires you to push yourself and he's really easy on the ears :+ :p . The music is good but it's not why you would use CC. I say go for it!!
 
I saw that too but I don't need the CD's. They were having a sale about a week ago that was just a pkg of downloads. I hemmed and hawed and missed it. DRAT! I think I'll wait it out and see if that sale comes back around...}(

I am currently in love with my ITreads but have decided to allow Coach Sean into my life as well for variety. I have one CC that I got for free due to the kindness of a fellow Catheite. I am ready to add more now...:)
 
Press Play is awesome! It really does push you further than you thought you could go. I heart this workout.

I did volume 1 today to get a feel for Cardio Coach. Wow!! I am so suprised by how hard I have NOT been working out on my own. This is really going to help me give it my all. I'm so glad I check in here, otherwise I may never have tried it!

Wouldn't you know it? I've been considering CC for a while. But this month my budget is toast and I need recovery time. Maybe he'll have another sale later.
 
I've decided to wait and see if he brings back another sale with just the MP3's - I don't want or need the cds and I have not sold anything over ebay in eons.

Just before this sale he had just the mp3's for about $50 if I remember correctly.

So I'm sure there will be another sale eventually ;)
 
I bought the MegaPack deal last November when he had that sale going on for the same price. I bought the CD's, ripped them to my hard drive and onto my IPOD. I keep the CD's for my backups.
 
What happens if you don't have an mp3 player? I know it sends you an email for the link to download the workouts to your player, how long does this link remain viable? I am so low tech, I just want the cds to use with my regular cd player/discman. If I don't download the workouts to an mp3 player immediately, is the chance to do so lost forever? Does anyone know?
