OK..Who's done the new workouts?????

I'm DYING for the reviews! I won't get mine for weeks (probably around the same time as our fellow Canadians) so for you all who have them - SPILL!!! }( }(

I've done the higher intensity one (the cardio portion twice, as I wanted to get all the moves down.) The third step combo is tricky, but once you get it, very fun. I like that the weight work is done in rounds, and the exercises change alot so you don't get bored. I'll let you know if I have DOMS tomorrow!!
 
I've done both step ones and posted reviews (last night and this morning). I'm looking forward to Bootcamp tomorrow :D

So far I've only done Boot Camp/Bis & Tris. AWESOME! Lots of fun and moves very quickly, but quite challenging.

1st half: 12(!) drills - time flies though.
2nd half: heavy weights, low reps (i used lighter weights to be safe since it was my 1st run thru - i'll up them next time)

Good music, too!
