Curious: how many of you begin your workouts with an ab routine? Instead of leaving it for the end? How many of you do abs separately from the rest of your workout, such as workout in the morning, abs later in the day?
How many morning exercisers begin with abs, and how many of you fall asleep 'cause you're on the floor and you just barely got out of bed?
(not that it's happened to me)
I just did Leaner Legs, and started the abs section at the end...and everything in me said "uh-uh. No. Nope! NO!"
