i wasnt' gonna order STS cardio, and of course i missed the special price. but, i just caved and ordered it. i will probably regret it, cuz i don't know if i can even do the workouts. they may be just too hard for my old body. i'm a sucker!!

then why did you order it, if you don't mind me asking? i'm just curious. i didn't order it because i know i won't do it often. my cardio of choice is always running, and i just don't like indoor cardio workouts that much. so, i saved the $ and didn't order it.

I'm only going to order the mixed marital arts part. I can't do the other portions because my knee hates step workouts or high intensity jumping around.
