ate too much over the weekend?

We went out to a picnic yesterday, I didn't think I could eat so much...I felt so sick afterwards :(

Back on track this week ... :)

Ate too much over the last week, make mine. Yesterday was supposed to be my "get back on track" day. But, we ended up going to Red Robin and I got a Santa Fe burger and 2 huge beers. :9

Today is a new day and I've done very well.
 
Well, I discovered and indulged in Ben & Jerry's "Willie Nelson Peach Cobbler" ice cream. Ate half of it yesterday, and the rest today. It was THAT good. Not to mention the wine DH and I have had while sitting out on the screen porch every night this weekend OR the delicious homemade pizza he made. Geez.....I suck. (but I enjoyed every moment, bite, and sip)

Plus... no exercising since Thursday, until a long fast walk today and I plan to do a total body weight workout in the next hour or two.

Back on track this week, hopefully.
 
I have been out of control since going on vacation the week of May 13th. Before that I was doing great!!!

I made up my mind today that I am BACK ON TRACK - no excuses allowed!
 
I cheated........must admit!

But I am ready to get back on track this week!

I'm with you. I have been completely out of control! I'm working on bringing it back under control this week though. :)
 
I have to admit that I did great with my eating over the weekend. ONLY because I worked all weekend (nights, no less), so I didn't get a holiday weekend. I'm actually in my "weekend" now and am going to work really hard on making it a good one, eating wise! I am trying to save up all my "binge" desires (that B&J ice cream sounds heavenly!) for Thursday, my free day!!!
 
Oh man I was an eating machine all weekend. Check that--I was a napping machine (why is it that I can't keep my eyes open when I'm lying on the couch, but I can't keep them closed when I'm lying in bed?). Eating & napping, yeah that's pretty much all I did.

But like you guys, I'm back on track as of today!
 
I certainly did. At first I thought I did pretty good by not eating any banana pudding last night, but then I remembered all the sangria I drank...

I'm trying to eat clean this week, but it's my birthday this weekend, so another weekend of lots of eating and drinking!

Glad to know I'm not the only one...rhubarb-strawberry crisp, pie, puppy chow, and Cracker Jack while watching the ball game! Today, so far so good!
 
We took the kidos fishing and I brought with 2 pounds of licorice, sunflower seeds, potato chips, candy bars, combos, turkey jerkey, then I went to my dad's and ate 2 brats....yikes.
