I have IMAX3 up for tomorrow's workout. I wanted to be good and awake for this one (not so early in the morning like my other workouts). I previewed up to Interval 3. Now, Cathe says in the beginning that each interval gets tougher and tougher. So, what does she have us do for the blast on Interval 9 and 10? DO I dare ask? }(

Having done it only once, it's hard to remember exactly what you do in each blast, but I can tell you that she really doesn't let up and she expects you to just keep jumping. Interval 9 was not as hard as 10. I did have to make myself keep going a few times when I thought I might have to stop and rest a minute, however I fumbled thru some of the choreography on the step sections, so I don't think I've experienced the full intensity yet. I would say most of the blasts were on the level of blast 5 and 9 from Imax2, but there were more choreography twists during the blasts, so it seemed more fun than grueling. And THEY look so good doing it, you can't help but want to join in!
Hope that helps!
