I just wanted to share that I just completed the last workout on my STS 6 month rotation! I never missed one workout, I feel so accomplished. Now I don't know what rotation to do to not lose the progress I have made. Any suggestion ladies? Lori
I feel alot stronger! I see alot more definition in my upper body. My legs are not jiggling like they did before. And even my cardio has improved. I enjoyed doing Sts more then any other workouts!
As for what to do next, I plan on doing a few weeks of circuit workouts. Do you like those? I think they will give me a good mental break, and I need to work on my endurance for that type of training. I figure the change will do my muscles some good too.
