Oh how I LOVE the firewalker tabata!!

I just did the Crossfire premix with the firewalker tabata today before my leg workout (Lower Body Blast, standing only). Words just can't express how much I love the firewalker tabata! :eek: :eek: Anytime I see one of Cathe's workouts with the firewalker in the equipment list I just get all giddy! :p I would LOVE to see more firewalker tabata in the future!! Pretty please Cathe? :D
 
I even like doing the first interval of Tabtacise with the firewalker loop. It works well! :D I would love to have more firewalker tabata stuff (maybe in the 10-10 upcoming workout? hint hint ;))

I'm addicted to doing the CF w/u plus firewalker tabata before my leg training. It's so efficient at getting my heart rate up there without being hard on my joints. Not that it's low impact, but it sure is more joint friendly for me for some reason!
 
Me too! I also do the first interval of tabatacise with the firewalker loop.
I also will do both of the tabatas on my rebounder for less impact.;)
 
I use her Crossfire tabatas ALL the time! I find myself repeatedly turning to Crossfire's firewalker and low impact tabatas. They put me in a great mood for the day.
 
Count me in as a firewalker tabata lover. More, please.

The icing on the cake would be if Cathe could do a lower-impact version. Or have one of the crew doing a lower-impact option.

I also will do both of the tabatas on my rebounder for less impact.;)

I frequently will hop onto my rebounder when the impact is high - LOVE it! My knee tucks are SO much better on my rebounder. ;)

I also use my rebounder in between sets for Mesocycle III - it helps to flush the muscles.
