Odd Question

Hi Everyone,

A bit odd, but since I started doing Cathe exclusively with more weights, I've noticed my right rib cage sticks out a lot more than my left and I never noticed this before. I have lost quite a bit of body fat and so I know it's my rib cage and not muscle. Can anyone advise?

I would advise not doing anything unless you are in pain (especially x-rays). I've also noticed some changes in my body since I lost weight and DH (a PT who just got his doctorate yah!!) says that I'm normal. I actually noticed one of my ribs sticking out further but with no pain.
And IMO, don't believe ANYONE(chiros) who tells you you are not "properly aligned", that's just bologna!! :)

Yeah, no pain just odd looking. My husband is the one who said I should get it checked. I just figured I was favoring one side so that was why there was a difference. my obliques are smaller on that side as well so it looks a bit unbalance:) Thanks for the input,

I am slightly larger on the left side of my body, including my rib cage. I was told by my Dr. that this is very common. Maybe you are too.
