Tues: Imax 2
Wed: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Thurs: Gym Style Legs
Fri: CTX Power Circuit, 12 minutes of ab hits
Sat: Kenpo X
Sun: Rest or Stretchmax segment of choice
Week Three:
Mon: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (P90X), Ab Ripper X
Tues: Imax One
Wed: Back & Biceps (P90x), Abs from Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Any all step workout of your choice
Fri : Legs & Back (P90X)/ Abs from KPC
Sat: Kickmax or Kenpo X
Sun: Rest or X-Stretch
Week Four:

Tues: Plyometrics (P90X)
Wed: Back & Biceps (P90X), Coremax #1
Thurs: Body Max (eliminate the upper body weights but keep the ab work)
