Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Oct 26, 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing "Metabolic Burn" Live. A fast paced total body workout which mixes mostly compound exercises along with a few isolation exercises. For those of you who were on the Daytona 2017 road trip, this will pretty much be the same workout we did with a few heavier weights substituted. See you tomorrow



Equipment Needed:


A set of dumbbells ranging from 5 pounds to 15 pounds.


A resistance tube


Two gliding discs (or paper plates)
