Week Two

Mon…Party Rocking Step: One

Tuesday… 10 min STEP segment from X10…plus Great Glutes

Wed…Gym Style Back/Bicep/Shoulders

Thursday…Cycle Max (or favorite solid cardio of your choice)

Fri…Imax 2

Sat…Gym Style… Another 10 minute segment of your choice from X10 plus Chest and Triceps.

Sun…OFF


Week Three

Mon…Party Rockin Step: Two

Tuesday…Xtrain Legs

Wed…Kick, Punch and Crunch

Thursday…Supersets

Fri…MMA Boxing

Sat…Imax3

Sun…OFF


Week Four

Mon…Xtrain Chest, Back, Shoulders

Tuesday…Cardio Leg Blast

Wed… RIDE (or favorite solid cardio of your choice)
