Tues....Pure Strength Back and Bi's

Wed...Boot Camp Original

Thurs....Pure Strength Legs and Shoulders

Fri....HIIT 40/20

Sat....Pure Strength Chest & Tris

Sun.....Indoor cycle or outside cycle for 45 min




Week Two:

Mon....Yoga or stretch plus Abs

Tues....STS Plyo Legs Week One

Wed...KPC

Thurs....OFF

Fri.... Step Jump & Pump

Sat.... Imax2

Sun.... Muscle Max




Week Three:


Mon....OFF

Tues....HIIT 30/30

Wed...Muscle Endurance

Thurs....STS Plyo Legs Week 2

Fri....STS Total Body

Sat....45 minute steady state run plus Ab circuits "no equipment abs"

Sun....Rhythmic Step




Week Four:

Mon....Yoga or stretch plus Abs

Tues....4DS Kickbox

Wed...4DS Lower Intensity Step

Thurs....OFF

Fri....4DS Boot Camp

Sat....4DS Higher Intensity Step

Sun....STS Plyo Legs Week Three

I have 2 questions: What DVD could I use to substitute STS Plyo Legs and on week 4, I don't have 4DS, can I use the CXT instead?
